DISTRIBUTION ELi

Le message “Sous X jours-X jours ouvrés” dans la fiche produit indique la tranche moyenne du prochain réassortiment. Le jour d’expédition n’est pas compris dans ce délai. Les colis partent le lendemain, ou au maximum 48 heures après l’arrivée du réassortiment sur le site Enfantilingue.

Le délai de réassortiment moyen est de 15 jours ouvrés, à savoir environ toutes les 3 semaines. La réelle disponibilité des produits éditoriaux commandés dépend donc du moment où votre commande est validée par rapport au restockage.

Des réassortiments intermédiaires pour les petites commandes ont lieu ponctuellement et régulièrement pour éviter une attente trop longue aux acheteurs particuliers ou aux organismes dont la commande est conditionnée par un événement ou une date spécifiques.

C’est ainsi qu’une quantité significative de petites commandes arrivent en 1 semaine alors que le délai indique 10-15 jours ouvrés sur la fiche produit.

Prévoyez de commander avant les périodes de fermetures annuelles : • Estivale : Du 30 juillet au 28 août. Les livraisons reprennent à partir du 5 septembre. • Hiver : Commandez avant le 10 décembre, reprise vers le 10 janvier de chaque année.
